The Slumber Ritual

A simple 5-minute ritual to prepare your mind and body for deep, restorative sleep.

The Ritual

Begin an hour before bed. Add 3 drops of Lavender and 2 drops of Chamomile to your diffuser. As the scent fills the room, sit comfortably and focus on your breath. Inhale for a count of four, hold for four, and exhale for six. Repeat ten times. Let go of the day's thoughts and welcome the calm.
